  • What size machines does your facility have?

    • We have up to 350 ton presses to be able to provide our customers with a wide variety of part sizes. The part size is dependent on several aspects of the molding process. Contact us today to see if we can meet your needs.

  • What types of plastics do you use?

    • We can mold and print using a variety of materials and colors to meet your project specifications. Some materials we keep in stock for 3D printing needs include: PLA, PETG, PETG carbon fiber, ABS, and Polycarbonate.

  • Do you offer design services?

    • Yes! We can offer some design and part review services in-house. If a project is too large for our design team, we can help connect you with other resources to help you develop a quality design.

  • Do you build your own molds?

    • No. We work with a number of local companies to provide trusted, quality mold design, development, construction, and maintenance.

  • Can you add components to parts?

    • Yes! We can add things like metal threaded inserts to both injection molded and 3D printed parts.

  • What other services do you offer?

    • We can offer a variety of secondary operations to provide you with more than just a completed plastic part. We have hot stamping capabilities to add labeling or wording to parts. We can also offer assembly of parts we produce and incorporating elements sourced from other companies. We can package and label your parts either for continued processing or final customer delivery.   • What geographic areas do you serve?

    • We are located in Foley in Central Minnesota, but we provide parts for companies across the country. Some of our customers are located in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Texas. We can ship products using the trucking company of your choice or smaller deliveries using UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • Do your company or employees have any certificates?

    • Yes! Adam Kantor has an ANSI/ASTM E2659 Accredited Certificate in the Molding 2 program at the American Injection Molding Institute and over 15 years of industry experience.

  • Where can I buy your original 3D printed products?
